Refund and Cancellation Policy

All refund and change requests must be submitted in writing to leadership@drakehr.com at least two weeks before the program begins. A processing fee of $150 will be applied for all refunds.

If you are unable to attend or miss the refund deadline, we are happy to allow a substitute participant of your choice to attend the entire program in which you are enrolled.
