High
Impact Team Client Criteria |
- Each
client team will have a “Project Sponsor”, at the
VP or Director level who will be the point of accountability,
directing and selecting the project on which the team will focus.
This person is required to attend the first two modules and the
closing module, and can choose to attend all the modules. However,
this person is not necessarily the team manager.
-
Each client team will consist of 4-5 team members who attend the
entire program. However, the team may be larger within the workplace
with only 4-5 of those members participating in the High Impact
Team class. Substitutions among team members in larger teams is
not allowed.
-
High Impact teams must bring a project that can be completed within
90 days. This can be fresh project, a new initiative or spin off
of larger project.
-
Our facilitators will spend one-half day on-site with teams, therefore
they must have access to the company for this session. If their
are geographic concerns, video conferencing is a possibility.
-
The project and High Impact client team should be supported from
the top, with the resources to implement the project and engage
in the class.
-
The project is significant where ROI is measurable.
