Understanding the company's mission and vision is an important component of a successful workforce. Whether in normal operations or a time of change, employee understanding and involvement in the company's culture is vital. We offer a variety of programs designed to involve employees in this process.

Building Productive Relationships by First Understanding Self and Others
Building and retaining an enabled and skilled workforce is one of today's most challenging business issues. Employees seek out workplaces that have a firm vision in place that provides for on-going growth and development. Using a representative sample of employees from all levels of the organization, participants will draft the organization's mission and vision statements as well as its principles and values. These drafts will be shared with other organizational members for further suggestions before completion. This activity involves some pre- and post-activity work.

Maximizing Change Opportunities
