Building Productive Relationships by First Understanding Self and Others
Building and retaining an enabled and skilled workforce is one of today's most challenging business issues. Employees seek out workplaces that have a firm vision in place that provides for on-going growth and development. Using a representative sample of employees from all levels of the organization, participants will draft the organization's mission and vision statements as well as its principles and values. These drafts will be shared with other organizational members for further suggestions before completion. This activity involves some pre- and post-activity work.

It is written in a simple parable format, filled with simple, yet life-impacting truths. The information provided in this workshop gives fundamentals and memorable information in how to understand and effectively manage change. This course gives you a new and more positive way to look at change so it can work to your company's advantage.
