As a United States and North Carolina employer you are required to have some or all of the following materials properly posted within your organization:

• Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)
• Employee Polygraph Protection Act
• Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
• Minimum Wage
• Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
